Satu Mesyuarat akan diadakan pada ketetapan seperti berikut:

   Tempat :   Bilik Mesyuarat Tingkat 10,
                    Bangunan Perkim, Kuala Lumpur

Improve Your Bowling Accuracy


How To Improve Your Bowling Accuracy


If you wish to Improve Your Bowling Accuracy, then focus on a few key elements of your game. Practice with purpose. Remain in the "here and now" and practice the fundamentals which will allow you to improve your bowling accuracy.

Here are some tips:

1.
Try and keep your target aligned with the edge of your shoulder throughout the approach and into the "release zone." Focus your eyes on the target throughout the approach, the delivery, and until the ball passes your target. Maintain an athletic posture during your approach.

2.
Focus on a consistent pace or tempo of footsteps. Try and avoid accelerating your steps excessively. Allow sufficient time for your arm-swing to match your steps in tempo. The final two steps of your approach are the most critical. Fast steps will cause hurried and inaccurate releases.

3.
Begin your arm-swing toward your target and allow the downswing to flow freely to the top of the backswing in one uninterrupted motion, then allow the ball to swing freely and without arm control downward until the ball reaches the "release zone." Try to maintain a consistent tempo on the backswing and forward swing on each delivery so you have time to make an effective delivery to your target.

4.
Practice "letting your hand follow the ball to your target!" If your hand follows through in the same direction of your target on the lane, then the ball will likely follow in the same direction. Keep your chin pointed to the same target and your head should remain motionless at all times.

5.
Hold your form at the foul line. Pose until your ball passes your target. Balance during and after the critical release of the ball

SYARAT PENYERTAAN

1.   Penyertaan mestilah dari kalangan pemastautin KRT Daerah Cheras
2.   Mengemukakan borang penyertaan permohonan beserta SALINAN KAD PENGENALAN
3. Menjelaskan bayaran masuk pertandingan  sebanyak RM150.00 sebelum atau pada tarikh pertandingan
4. Nama peserta hendaklah dikemukakan kpada penganjur 15 minit sebelum perlawanan dimulakan
5. tidak dibenarkan mengganti peserta semasa perlawanan sedang berjalan
6. Peserta import tidak dibenarkan sama sekali
7. Peserta import yang dapat dikesan terkeluar dari pertandingan secara otomatik
8. Peserta boleh membuat bantahan sekiranya mengetahui peserta lain tidak mengikut syarat yang ditetapkan

Macam Mana Nak "STRIKE"


NAK "STRIKE" ???

Penjelasan mudah Admin kongsikan mengenai " Strike " atau " X ", ada dikalangan Ahli KBM kita masih bertanya bagai mana nak dapatkan strike... Mudah sahaja, strike boleh di lakukan sekiranya bola anda mengenai POCKET, apa yang di maksudkan dengan pocket???... pocket adalah ruang di antara pin 1 dan 2, atau pin 1 dan 3, contoh seperti gambar rajah di bawah.


Kedudukan Nombor Untuk Pin.
Sekiranya, bola anda mengenai pocket.... akan berlaku pergerakkan jatuhan pin yang sempurna dan berjaya jatuhkan keseluruhan pin. Kekerapan strike yang berjaya anda lakukan, mampu mengubah score atau jumlah jatuhan pin yang tinggi.

Great Way To Practice

Another Great Way To Practice Bowling.

I have talked about ways to practice in past articles. Now I am going to talk about another method to practice. To me it is really more important than the typical routine type that I explained in other articles. This is to practice for feel and rhythm. This is how I practice most of the time, because to me bowling is more of a feel and rhythm thing. I will try to explain what I mean in more detail. It is kind a like that one or to nights a season that just feels right and everything is working well or going your way. Now image this night happening almost every time you bowl. That would be a good thing wouldn’t it? Now I am not saying don’t do the routine type practice, all I am saying is a consistent feel and rhythm with a timely practice session could be very important. Here is what I mean, try to practice 4 games 2 or 3 times a week depending on how often you bowling in league and how much you can afford. But, try not to practice the day before league, but the day before that I suggest you bowl a lot and sometimes go over the 4 games and sometimes 5 or just bowl a little extra. Really this is the most important day for practice, as you are expelling your energy or empting your cup so it can fill up again so on game day or league day you will have fresh energy for the event. What I am really trying to say is keep a timely practice session and you should be able to have good muscle memory for league or tournament day. You do not want to wait till the day of league go out and practice bowling as you will expel your energy at the wrong time. No I am not saying you can not bowl well on these days doing that, but it is not advised, so the tip is use timely practice sessions just to maintain a feel and rhythm.

Notice to all players

nampaknya ada sedikit masalah komunikasi berhubung peraturan Liga KBM ..untuk makluman seperti post sebelum ini telah dinyatakan bahawa tiada pre-bowl atau post-bowl sepanjang liga ini berlangsung dan memandangkan tiada sebarang rungutan atau komen yang diterima maka urusetia merasakan peraturan ini diterima oleh semua pihak. Tetapi, ada sedikit masalah komunikasi pada perlawanan minggu ke-3 dan  mana-mana kumpulan yang terlibat boleh berhubung secara langsung dengan Pengerusi KBM untuk makluman selanjutnya. Sepertimana kami maklum, peraturan  yang telah ditetapkan adalah tidak terkecuali dan termaktub kepada semua ahli dan ianya muktamad.
